Which AC filter for Jalli 8g?

Hey everyone, I just picked up a Jalli 8g tank. I was looking at AC filters and found an AC 50 (200gph) and the AC 30 (150gph) for the same price. Which one would you get?

I'm using the 300 gph on a ten gallon. It might be a bit much for your tank, but go at least with the 200gph.

I picked up the AC 110(500GPH) for my 10G, but I can cut the flow down to like 160gph I believe
