Which Clown will die first?

Hello all, I have a tomato clown in a 55g reef, and I can not get him out of the tank, the problem is I just got 2 percula clowns as a pair, I know that clowns can not be kept together unless they are the same kind, so I was wondering if I leave the tomato in there and add the the pair of perculas, which fish is likely to be killed 1st?

This is a very depressing thread.....you should be worried about all of them. I would try my best to capture it. This is a living creature...you can't be like...ohh well the perculas died.

Tomatos are much more aggressive and its already in established territory.

You could also trap the Tomato fairly easy as it my become aggressive to other fish you choose to add.

I;m sort of in the same situation but I'm willing to take out all my rock to catch my tomato clown, how can we catch them other ways?

Its not depressing yet as nothing has died and he has not added the fish. His decision to let a possible fatality is a poor one as there are ways to remove unwanted fish.

I agree with Aquabucket
nothing died yet. Reeferman06 can still work out something to keep all clowns alive.

It's just a lesson that you have to be careful when adding fish in your tank without knowing the impact.

why the heck cant you get the tomatoe clown out. 55 g is a small reef. jeeeeeze. sureley its worth it,if you want to add a pair of percs.

why not just add another tomatoe clown?

why not just add a huge lion to get the clown out.... just kidding.... (ducking)....

Seriously.. I agree that the tomato will kill the percs in a short period of time... with that being said... get the tomatoe out and get some credit for him at the LFS.
