which fish next? please read! :0)

Hi all hope all ok, tank is running nicely now and have a few fish in but want a few more can anyone recomend any? i already have in the tank....

1 urchin
4 mexican turbo snails
2 cleaner shrimp
1 purple fire fish
2 cardenel fish
1 banded gobbie
2 perc clowns
1 royal gramma

any other sugestions on any other fish that would be a good adition? few pix as well of my tank so far and its only 4 weeks old!

Your tank looks great but only 4 weeks old I would say your pressing your luck for a crash.....slow down!!!!!!! I would give the tank a few weeks to settle in before adding any more live stock...and when you do add, only 1 or 2 fish a week at max.......that tank is far from mature and can turn into a real headache real fast......slower is better...

A dwarf angel perhaps? I would also consider a jawfish.

thanks for advice guys, the guy from my LFS has advised me to get a wrasse, think it was a red one said there are good etc but i dont really like the look of them

Go slow and take the time to look around online to see what kind of fish you like best. Don't buy something just because the person selling it tells you to. There are enough fish out there that you can find one you really like that will work.

One thing to remember - if you add a coral, and then change your mind, you can just take it out.

If you add a fish you don't like, and then want to take it out - you may have to take EVERYTHING out. It can be really hard to catch them.

I have succumbed to the salesman in the LFS in the past, and then regretted it. I now make it a rule to see it at least twice in the store, and then ask them to hold it for me for a week. That gives me time to look it up on RC (and often find lots of reasons not to get it) and also helps make sure it will be alive in a week.

+1 on having LFS hold fish. Mine makes me pay but refunds me if it dies in their tank. Also like mentioned before, be patient I would let your tank age atleast another month minimum if your very anxious. It would be better to wait until it is 3 to 6 months old. You have a nice looking tank. You wont enjoy it at all if your bioload starts to outpace your tanks ability to process it. patience, patience, patience......

It does take quite a bit of time for all the little mysterious sand creatures to grow - after a while, they will have a lot of capacity to convert waste - but in the first few months it is more limited.

Half the fun of getting a new tank occupant is reading about it for weeks, anyway.

+2 Remember, you don't have a large tank, and your biocapacity is not fully developed at 4 weeks.

How large is your tank?

I too think you are rushing things. If you keep adding fish at this rate the tank will be all filled up in no time and you're going to get bored. To me, half the fun is deciding what I want and then trying to obtain it. Once your tank is full and you can't add anymore fish it can get boring. Also, a year down the line your LFS might get in a sweet fish that you don't want to pass up, but your tanks already full of other fish. Just things to think about.

toilets always an option if need to restock lol, see i dont get everone that says about give it time etc. you need fish in the tank in the first place for the amonia to create the spike lol, amonia dosnt just come from no where. all levels are good and my skimmer is very oversized for the tank which is about 65 gallons (250ltrs) from what iv spoken to people its all about live rock. if its already cured in the LFS then thats half the work done. i do like going slow but like having a nice looking tank in the meantime. im gettin a bit to much algee as well on the front glass so need to buy a stand alone phos remover as my in the sock remover in the canister filter isnt hacking the job atm.
