Which LPS

I have a 20g high tank with a 96w T-5 light. Is it possible for me to keep LPS corals? I was thinking of Frogspawn, Open Brain or Candy Canes or could someone recommend a more suitable coral.

They don't make a 96 watt T-5. You probably have PC's (power compacts/compact flourescents). It is possible keep those corals under that lighting. You could also have a great selection of zoanthids, mushrooms, and other coft corals.

I have a Current Sundial T-5 HO 4x24w. I do have some mushrooms now but was wondering if I could get any LPS corals.

IMO you could put most any LPS in your tank with that light, just need to keep a eye on the fast growers due to room.
Agreed

how deep are the pockets? there are some crazy LPS out there you can get, from generic corals to to high end Acans and Chalices
