Which Protien Skimmer?

I'm thinking about purchasing the Octopus NW-150 Protein Skimmer for about $170. Is the best skimmer for this price or should I choose another skimmer?

This is what I'm using for my 75G. IMO and from what I've heard from others, this is the best skimmer for the money.

How deep does the Octupus need to be submerged?

Is this better than the CSS 125 which costs slighlty more but has a smaller footprint?
