That's expensive software if you are just going to do it one time... I would look at some free services like gimp. An online free version of photoshop.

You didn't really mention if you wanted the best program, best free program, best for the money..? So it's kind of hard to let you know our opinions!

But you can never go wrong with photoshop :thumbsup:
Get the trial version and look for a fog brush or something online
