White Bugs on Euphyllia (Frogspawn)

I have noticed these things that apparently are NOT red bugs on Euphyllia. What are these bugs? They look like tiny white specks that move. They are about half the size of a period on a page. Only on frogspawn, not even on the hammer right next to it. And may or may not cause a decline in polyp extension. If they do it is minor. What damage do they/ will they cause? I have been told that interceptor work for them, but do I need to get rid of them?
