White but not bleaching?

I have an orange monti and staghorn acro that I have notice that they do not look the same. The monti has almost lost all color and I do not see the polyps opening anymore. It has also started to grow brown algae on a few edges. The acro has almost the same problem, white tips (looks like no flesh), no polyp extension, and has started growing the brown stuff. They have been in the same spot for 4+ months and have been fine until now. My other corals are doing fine soft, LPS, and SPS. They are under four T-5s, ~10 inches from the top with a powerhead just over the tops on a wavemaker. I drip kalk nightly for all top-off water. I do not use carbon and just did a 10G water change to see if it will help. I do not think it is bleaching but not sure what is going on.
Any body know what is going on? What should I do to try to save them?

Only difference I notice was my temp drop 2-3 degrees with the seasonal change (heater set too low from summer).
Temp 80, Ca 390 dKH, Alk 10.8, pH 8.22, nitrite 0, nitrate ~5, sg 1.025.

From what you describe... sounds like they're goners :(
Why? What do you think is wrong from my description?
