White dots on new Anthias

Hello -

This morning I discovered a group of white dots on the caudal fin of a newly acquired Lyretail Anthias. It seems like it might be a fungal infection or the lymphocystis virus, or something else? What do you think t might be? If necessary any recommendations for treatment? Many thanks!

Well, it looks like she just had some debris on her tail or something. All but one dot has disappeared.

Don't be fooled. That's an infection of some sort. She will likely get sicker. Hope she is in QT.
