White film after adding salt

I am building my 210 gallon tank and with my 80 reef tank I have always made the saltwater in a separate container for the water changes and never really thought about the white film that forms on the walls of the drum after adding the salt.

Well I have the 210 up and running full of water, I added salt and now there is a white film, almost like snow, that has coated the inside of the aquarium with a little bit of white "bits" (not salt) that have accumulated at the bottom. Not sure why this always forms but now that i have mixed my salt in my aquarium I obviously don't want it there. I have stirred the tank up several times (water in it for 4 days) and the little "bits" are still there. There is a lot of water movement with the closed loop circulation pump and the sump pump so it is not a matter of circulation.

Has anybody else come across this problem and if so how did you resolve it? My water is still cloudy too and there is no substrate yet.

I will test my water now and post results but I'm curious to know what people do about this white coating that happens when you mix the salt into the RO water. Any advise would help,
Thanks Rich
