white film

came in tonight to find 4 of my fish with a white film on there fins.all water params are ok all corals and nems ok the fish its affecting have gone off there food and are out in the highest flow they can find.not added anything since may06 livestock wise,any ideas?

Maybe it's velvet? do a search and see if it looks familiar.

Not knowing what you have and haven't seen before it's hard to tell what this might be based on the desciption that you haven't seen it before.

Are the fish having troubles breathing?
Have you tested your water?
Can you post a pic?

If the fish are seeking out high flow areas, then they may be having problems breathing. High flow pushes more water past their gills, allowing them to get more O2.

Look closely at how quickly they are pumping their gills. See if it looks faster than normal.
