White ick like CHUNKS

I have a bellus angel that has these white chunks on her fins and they can be scraped off by my finger nail but always come back. What is it and how can I treat it?

I would assume it is Lympho, I've had a couple angels come in with it, it always goes away with good water quality and diet.

I've purchased fish with it, and my experience mirrors those above. It goes away once the fish are settled and comfortable. I've never had it spread to established fish or anything, either.
