I have a crab in my live rock. I've had this rock for 2 years and now have finely seen this crab. I found from time to time the shed pincher but without seeing more I really had nothing to go by. I did a search and looked at tons of pictures but I can't find this one.
It has black pointed pinchers, black tips on the end of legs, white legs, black head and I think a white body. It was the middle of the night. Up for one of though's potty breaks, let the dogs out, ya know. Anyway sorry, just can't remember what color the body was.
I just removed a red eyed crab that I "thought" was the cause for my hermits and snails missing and destruction of my clams and starsfish. But know I'm not sure if I have the right villain or if it is perhaps a combination of the two.
