white marks on triggerfish

My new Indian black triggerfish has white markings on his face, Melichthys indicus, Melichthys indicus, not sure if it is sick. Should I treat the tank or dismantle it to put him in the hospital tank ?

its called modeling,its not ich,from what i understand its from lack of oxygen in the water.thats what i read and thats what i was told by my lfs,there are other reasons that cause it but cant remember what they are.it will go away on its own.mine did...its common in triggerfishes

the white marks on the face have gone away but the trigger has developed cloudy eye on just one eye, first tried Mardel's "Maracyn-Oxy" with no results so trying API's "Melafix & Pimafix" but have not had great results in the past with these two. Any suggestions are most welcomed !
