White particles suspended in water

So yea, I'm new to the hobby and got my 29 gallon tank set up about a month ago and a few days ago I started noticing little white particles in the water that weren't there before.. any ideas or suggestions??

Like the tip of a sharpened pencil.. maybe snaller.

Some of the bigger spots on the glass are are some kind of pods, I think.? They move around on the glass

Could be microbubbles..could be detritus.. could be pods (on glass/rocks)..flatworms.. hydroids.. uneaten food...sand/dirt/dust particles, dead flesh, etc...

I'm using 2 HOB filters with floss, carbon, and sponge in each.. any suggestions on how to clear it up?

More then likely since your tank is so new, Hydroids. They look like tiny octopi and stick to the glass. They will eventually clear up on their own.
