white specs only on the tail and swimming fin

I have a few fish in QT and they developed some white dots but are only on the tail and swiming fins. It is not visible on the body so I'm guessing its not ich. The fish are still eatting like crazy which is good. Do you think this will clear up on its own?

Nothing magical about where ich attaches to a fish

Heres a link with some good pictures of fish diseases .. check out the ones for Ich as well as Lymphocyctis. Ich will naturally fall off the fish within a week .. lympho will say in the same spot and probably grow.
