A main concern is that the Pakistani Butterfly is eating. If it isn't eating or if it just picking at food lightly, then I would stay away from the copper treatment and prefer the hyposalinity treatment. Some of your options are noted in this two-part article:
Steven Proââ"šÂ¬Ã¢"žÂ¢s article on Marine Ich (Part 1):

(Part 2):

:)

I feed my pakistan with sea messel and fish meat, Seem to be enjoy eatting. I prefer copper bath around 4 hrs.

A copper bath doesn't work, if you have properly diagnosed it as Marine Ich (Crytpocaryon irritans). Copper doesn't affect the parasite while it is attached to the fish. Copper kills the parasite in its non-attached stages, which is why the copper treatment usually goes for 14 days.

Where did you learn/hear of a 4-hour bath of copper?

The foods you are feeding are not good enough for sustaining the life and health of that fish. It may like eating what you feed, but it isn't a complete diet for this fish.

You know what! I have never been suggested to treat our fish or processing of Qualantine. Most of medicine here just only give direction as " 1 cup per 50 L for 3 days"
so, Thank for you suggestion.... but your suggestion only you and me because people in my country won't believe such processing. Hard to believe but much to believe.

The only accept fresh food.
