white spot disease on crocea, is there any cure?

Crocea and lighting

Crocea and lighting

Crocea need alot of light, of all the clams they are found on the upper most levels of the reef, in the most direct light.
With T-5 lighting and having the clam on the bottom, the clam had a little bleaching, caused by the symbiotic algae in the clam's mantle not getting enough light.
Keep the clam close to the surface to get the most light, with Metal Halide you are able to put them lower in the tank.
Clams can move their symbiotic algae populations so with the increased light, the bare spots could fill back in.
