White spot in damsel cheek?

I recently purchased a yellow belly damsel. It's very active. But has a white spot on the left cheek.

What is it? Pls see pic. Thx

I used to stress out about a little spot here or there. They almost always seem to go away. A case of ich is easier to spot - lots of spots. Usually, a single spot is just a scrape from rock or another fish caused it.
