white spot on lemonpeel not ich

Hi everyone
My lemonpeel angel has a white spot near the tail end of her dorsal fin. I almost looks like you could pick it off. Its only on one side of the fin. Its about the size of a pin head. Otherwise she is very healthy. Does anyone have any thoughts on this or a course of treatment.

that is such a resonable request, I wish I ccould. BUt honestly she swims sooooo fast and the delay on the camera, and the fact that the spot is so small I just think it would be in vain to even try. I caught a glimpse of it today and honestly it looks like a white splinter sticking out. Are there any medications or antibiotics could put directly into my tank to assist with this. At this point I think try to take her out of the tank would do a lot more harm than good, she seems perfectly healthy.
