white spot that wont budge

hi i am a new member and would really like to know if there is a way to get rid of the pain in the backside white spot.I have 4 tangs which are not good for ich .I soak there food in garlic and have also reduced salt gravity to 20.219 and temp is up to 27 . Nitrate is low and all other parameters seem fine .I dont wish to use medicine as i have a reef system can you help?

The short answer is there is no "easy button" for marine Ich, particularly in a reef. The standard protocol for eradiating it is to remove the fish and treat them separately using hyposalinity or copper, then wait 6-8 weeks for the display tank to be clean.
