white spot ?

I have 4 clams, 1 seems to have an issue. I am not sure if this is a problem or not. I really have no idea what it is. can some one shed some light, and also let me know if my other clams are at risk?

I am not sure what to do, any possible help would be great.

Kind of hard to see from the picture but if you are talking about all those blue/white spots, that looks like the pattern of that clam. Maybe you can give us a close up shot of the spots in question.

Can you give any background on this? Did those patches suddenly appear or did you buy it like that?
