white spots appearing and dissappearing

white spots
my kole tang after 2 weeks in the tank had about 10 little whites spots over his body. the next day they where gone and about a week later they appeared again. and one day later they are gone. its hard to get a picture of it, sucker doesn't like to pose for photos. is it this ich. also no other fish in the tank have ich.

It could be.. But then it could be nothing but him / her getting sand on him..

i will try to get a picture. plus wait they can get sand on them. . ich would keep getting worse and worse right. it wouldn't totally go away and come back would it. ?

They can get sand on them at random times..

It is very likely it could be ich as well. ich will usually infect the fish mostly gills first . It does leave the fish then come back few days to week to longer later each time its often worse.
But to see spots one day and then gone totally without seeing any healing its just as likely something else.....

You can look around and find lots if ich infested fish images by google kole tank with ich on google images...

There are also other types of marine parasites .

It must be ich. It's goes and comes. Doesn't seem to be getting worse and the tang still eats. Plus no other fish is showing signs
