White spots

Hello everyone!
Probably there is a thread already for my problem, but i was not able to find it.
I'm having the following issue with one of my clowns:

From the past experience with freshwater fishes, i know the white spots are problem, but i don't know how to react on this... really. :sad1:
The fishes are now for four days in the tank (the tank is also brand new) and this is the only with spots. Looking back at the photos i took, there are spots from the beginning - they don't seem to spread more, or if they do - it is minimal. The fish looks OK to me, eating and swimming properly.
Could it be from the stress of the movement or i have to lose my sleep... again.
Please, if somewhere already explained, give me something to read! I'm brand new to the saltwater hobby.

Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the reply.
I've read carefully the article, but the clown does not have increased respiration rate or acts listlessly - it behaves absolutely normal, as the other fish we have.

Just for additional info - after a closer look, the spots seem to be swollen.

yeah, I don't know. I do know though that sometimes a fish with ich or other illness will only show some symptoms initially and be otherwise healthy( swimming and eating normally) until right before they die. I am no expert, i am pretty new to the hobby myself.
