white stuff on my clownfish

like it says i have a ten gallon no filter with 10 lbs live sand and like 20 lbs live rock water is bangin is it normal to have this i have no idea what type of clown fish it is also just got it looks like there is white spots and i know what ick looks like it does not look like it help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
