White things in sump?

There are these white things in my sump and I don't know how else to describe them sorry but they just look like pieces of something but it isn't like anything is dead...

Sorry that's the only pic I could get and I just did a water change. I am leaving for about a week right now so I hope it isn't anything bad. What are these?

They are everywhere in the tank nkw

If they are stationary, they are probably just sponge formations. Filter feeders - good stuff! :bigeyes:

How old is the tank? I had a pineapple sponge explosion in my tank a few months ago. As stated above they are harmless.
