White "things" on fins!

Can anyone plz help me identify some white "things" on my Yellow Tangs fins?

First it was only on the front, but now I can see that there is another one starting on the tail as well.

The tang doesn't seem to be limited by it (yet).

Tanks!

I'm slmost positive that it's some sort of fungus or cotton something I forgto the name sorry, but I think that you can freshwater dip it. I like how you zoomed that pic too.

Fungus in saltwater fish is not common. It appears to be lymphocystis. This is viral so antibiotics will not cure. Good water parameters, decrease stress and enriched diet and the virus will run its course.

I agree with PQ. Lymph is common to angels, tangs and butterflies and you see it most often in newly imported fish. Follow the recommendations made above and it should clear up in short order.
