Who had the leaky 75?

Mako Shark II

Fish are Friends not Food
I popped into MemFish last Friday and their "œGo-Team" (that's Airline-lingo for our emergency response team) was just getting back from an emergency call from someone who had just blown a seam on a 75.

Anybody hear who that was that had the leaky 75? Hope everything's okay. :eek1:

It rarely happens, but that's always an Aquarist worst nightmare. I had a 20 blow its bottom seam in the 80's and it's amazing how much water that is in your carpeting! Oh and the giant danios at the time were flopping around in the shag too. It was a rather awakening experience at 2AM, in my bedroom that night from a dead-sleep!!!

It was not anyone who frequents the forums. Just an unlucky soul...although he did not lose any animals at all. He should be back up and running in his new tank by the middle of the week. He only lost about 10-15 gallons of water which we sucked up in the shop vac. We had fans and dehumidifiers running within 20 minutes. The floor looks like nothing happened. His wife on the other hand - not too happy.

Ah yes"¦"¦. The disgruntled spousal unit"¦..

I suggest your customer upgrade to the 110, seeing as though he'll have to replace the tank anyways, and it's the same foot print!!!!
