Who is being aggressive

I have a 40 gallon FOWLR. I currently have 2 Cardinals, 1 watchman goby, 1 white spotted pygmy filefish, 1 six line wrasse, and 1 snowflake clown...Recently my filefish has shredded fins and I have no idea who the aggressor is. I watch all day and no one picks or nips at each other, at times they are all side by side and in all areas of the tank and nothing happens..Is this happening at night? And who is the aggressor? Im assuming its either the clown or wrasse

My bet is the 6 line. We also have a 6 line and have seen her nip at our fish. We're currently trying to catch her so we can return her to our LFS.

+1 on the water bottle fish trap. That's how I cought my 6 line I had in my old 65

As of today the 6 line's tail looks beat up so I guess its the clown

Are you sure it is an aggressor and not something else causing the frayed fins? Bacterial fin rot or something?
