Who makes the best fan?

I need to buy a couple fans for my canopy, the Ice Cap fans seem powerful and quiet, so I am considering going with those, but I was wondering if anyone felt there was a better fan to go with?

Also, does anyone know with the Ice Cap fans if there is a way to disconnect the thermal speed control sensor, or do you have to use it to operate the fan?

Icecap are nice.. however you can get nice computer fans for about $2 on http://newegg.com

What you need to run those fans:
- a $5 AC adapter from Walmart, etc
OR
- a $10-20 computer power supply (if you know any computer guys, they may have one to give away... I have like 4 in the basement cause I upgraded)
