Who ships expensive parts in an envelope?

AquaCave, that's who. I order four flow accelerators worth $90 total and you guys shipped them to me loose in an envelope. All four arrived damaged, either broken or with the propellers loose and rattling around. I just hooked them up and none are working properly.

One would think it would be cheaper to spend the extra $2 on a box and some bubble wrap than having to replace an entire order. After seeing the care taken with my items on my initial order I will have a hard time ordering any more expensive items from you as I set up my new reef tank!

seems like your envelope got crushed. bad luck. i assume you have contacted them somewhere besides here?

Call and talk to Albert, he will get you fixed up.... They do a great job in my experience....

Then there would be a person angered that they had to spend an extra $2 shipping parts that could fit in an envelope for $2 cheaper.

I have had orders in the thousands of dollars with AC, and the packaging was over kill if anything. They screwed up, it was their fault. Call them and get replacements, it does happen its how they handle it that matters.
