who used NO SICK FISH treatment?

i just used the ich treatment for 2 weeks and sick my blue tang has ich. The weird thing is that it isnt spreading and all i see is a bunch of little white spots on him so its defenatly ich. I took out all my chemicals and protein skimmer like it said and still no help? But i read all the responses from everyone else and it worked so im bumed>
