Why are my SPS dying?

You cannot use your reactor to correct calcium deficiencies, your system needs to be at optimum level, which is not, for the reactor to maintain it, with your corals dying and not calcifying the alkalinity will go through the roof before you get 1 ppm of calcium increased. You will need to use calcium chloride for this, kents turbo calcium will do
Like i said before correct the salinity first, then the alkalinity if necessary and last your calcium. don't try to do all at the same time cause most likely you will cause further imbalances

I see. I used the chemistry calculator to figure out how many tsp (9) I need to get my calcium up to 450. There isn't an option for the Super Buffer DKH on that site though. Does anyone know exactly how much of the supper buffer would be needed to get from 7.7dkh to 9dkh?

Tomorrow I think I will go buy a mag test kit, some dolomite for my reactor, and also some liquid mag to first get my tank up to appropriate levels prior to putting the dolomite in the reactor.

on my old 90g, i could dump a whole jar of the brightwell calcion into 8 cups of water. every cup i dumped in would raise the calcium by 30ppm. brs might be a better fit for you. their 2 part magnesium mixture would raise the mag in my tank by 100ppm per cup of solution.
