Why bubble anemone tips not "inflating"?

The tips of my bubble tip anemone are not "inflating", they look like tiny sausages instead. Why? Does it need more light? More food?

If you wondering why it's not bulbs like you see in pictures it's completely normal. Till this day nobody knows why they do and don't inflate there tips

Wait what!? Ok...? At least it does well hosting my ocellaris
