How long have you had it? How long has the tank been setup? What are your water parameters?

He's like a week old and the tank has been set up or 3 months and idk the water yet when I get off work I'm having it tested

Well if your water parameters are good, she may be bullying him too much. I would change my LR out or around so he has a hiding spot. Clownfish are beautiful, but they can be evil.

Water changes never hurt either.
