I have a white what i believe is a sabae anemone. It was sold to me as a white lta but the tentacles are very short. He is a pain. He has walked around the side of my rock work and my two shrimp live back there. Every time i go to feed him it takes 20 min before he will eat and needless to say i gotta stand guard for 20 min. I tried to move him but hes got an amazing grip on the rock and its a rock pilled under other rocks. What can i do to get it away from these theiving shrimp?? Also he isnt getting very much light there is that a problem with this nem?

A white "sebae" (( H. Crispa )) is a bleached one, and it would have been better to pass on it. The best course would be to return it, but if that isn't possible, you are going to have to make sure that it is able to get food, since it won't be getting much (( if any )) energy from its internal algae.

Your sig states that you have an LTA in there, is that referring to this one, or another one?

Is the fish in your sig correct?

What lights do you have?

What are your parameters -- with numbers

I am not 100 sore its a sabae. but it is really white and it seems strong. moves, walks, got a hell of a grip. I have seen pics of white nems before that seem to be healthy is there any healthy white nems out there? this one has small purple dots on its tips. and he also accepts food hes just slow to eat it.

A pic would be nice, but I am 99% sure that you have an "sebae" (( H. Crispa )).

Not sure I would use the term healthy or not, but a white (( hosting anemone )) is a bleached one.

looks exactly like this one.

So is this guy gonna die or can they be brought back? I have had him for a couple months. I bought him because he was white looks really nice. I know now not to do that but like i said when i picked him out he had a strong grip accepts food and infalates and deflates like normal. If a shrimp walks over him he reacts quickly. The only sign of bad health is the white.

Kkeep feeding it and if it eats it will likely recover. A good grip on the rock is a good sign, DO NOT try to move it. If it keeps moving to the back it may be hiding from the light for now, or it likes the flow better back there. IME, they like a decent amount of changing flow -- enough to make the tentacles sway pretty good.
