Wierd snail looking animal?

As I was adding a new zoo, I spotted something flat, reddish, and spiky on my LR.

I thought it was part of the LR but when I got home tonight it had moved. It is almost flat, with spikes. Any ideas?

I looked up Chiton and it does not have 8 segments. It is all one. I thought some kind of nudibranch but it moves very slow and hasn't been near my new soft corals(all 7 days old) Any ideas?

Really would need a photo (close up and in focus) to have any chance at all of an ID.
