The granma may hassle anything but it's up to the individual fish. I had one for a few years and she pretty much had the "if you don't mess with me, I won't mess with you" attitude. She never bothered my two cleaner shrimp that were with her but she never lets them get too close either. They're pretty peaceful fish.
My gramma and fireshrimp got along fine. In my experience grammas may be territorial over a particular spot that they claim as their territory, but generally arent aggressive to other fish and inverts that stay away, and even when they are defending their turf they tend to just gape their mouths in a threat posture.
My gramma is over three inches long, and was with the shrimp for 2years+.
The gramma's territory is back left corner under the rocks at night, and usually between the green anemone and the sinularia under the arch during the day.
My gramma is a little focker. Any new fish I add he harasses for awhile...still pesters my wrasse if he gets too close. The day I added a fireshirmp he ganged up with my flamehawk and started biting him. I was like well, enjoy the expensive meal :furious:
However after about an hour of tagging the poor fireshrimp they gave up and haven't bothered him since (it's been at least 2-3 months).
