Will a shaded mushroom move?

I recently bought my first coral, a red and green type mushroom for my 10 gallon. There are about 15 attached to a small rock.

They appear to be doing well, except for a few that are shaded by large mushrooms. Will they detach themselves or move if they cant get enough light, or do I need to worry about them? It looks like a few of the larger ones on the edge are already abandoning the original rock for nearby structures, so they seem pretty mobile.

If they do not like the spot that they are in or do not like their neihbors then they will move. Most of the time depending on the amounr of current they will detach from the rock and float around the tank till they find a spot they like. Good luck.

They will definately move around if they don't like the conditions they're in. In my galler I have a pic of a migrating mushroom. Cheers,
