will brittle starfish eat a feather duster

I have a purple brittle starfish in my 14g biocube. Will it eat a feather duster?

Also, do you drip acclimate a feather duster or just float it for awhile? thx.

Definetly drip acclimate it. Feathers are sensitive to salinity, PH, temp.
Not sure about the purple star eating, but I know my red and black brittles not eat them.
