Will Coral Rx kill ich?

I have some coral in my Qt tank that I want to transfer to display but don't want to do without knowing for sure... Well some might ask why coral in a Qt?this will be my future Qt tank soon but ich got to the fish before I had time to switch everything. I bought one tang and now this happened and before I drop salinity I want to keep as much coral as I can

How long has the coral been in there without any fish? Coral can't perpetuate the crypto. life cycle, so if you just leave it fish less for long enough, the ich will die.

As for coralrx, unsure if it is one of those off label benefits. Would love to hear if it is!

There is nothing that will kill ich without also killing coral, and most other inverts.
