will my frogspawn sting my derasa?

title says it all.
i found a good spot for my clam
the only thing that worries me is
that the longest extension of my
frog spawn is about 1/2 an inch
away from my clam. Will the frog
spawn sting my clam?

i personally wouldnt take the chance.....any place to move the frogspawn
