I forget the rules about electronic vs magnetic vs HQI. Will this ballast light/run a radium?

I believe the colour won't be 100% right on an electronic ballast. The proper ballast is a magnetic ballast - M80.

I ran Radium and Phoenix on Coralvue ballast (before the buyout) for years. Lamps lasted 12 to 24 months dropping less than 10% in PAR. Average 16 months.
