Will this ballast work for T5s

I am looking at buying this ballast, the guy says it will power T5's but he had VHO's on it. I just don't know that much about ballasts and lights in general. So will a ballast do both? Here is a picture of it

It will work, but not as well as ones made for VHO/T5HO.

yep, got that one. good for up to 4x54w
