Will this light work for my Frag Tank?

My Current T-5 that I have over my SPS frag tank is on its way out and I am looking for a replacement. I was looking for a used 6 bulb T-5 replacement and then I came across this LED: http://www.amazon.com/TaoTronics-TT...=UTF8&qid=1357482813&sr=8-2&keywords=reef+led

Anyone see any issues to using this light for frags? I already have a Radion on my DT and I know leds will grow SPS. Anyone using these lights on their SPS tanks?

I've used a version sold by ReefKoi.com over my old frag tank, worked quite well. The biggest drawback I found the lack of spread, coverage was very narrow and focused.

I did see this thread and wasn't sure if these were the same lights. Thanks for confirming.

What kind of coverage did you get with your lights? My frag tank is a seperate chamber in my sump aprox 10" x 12" and my fuge is right next to it dimensions 14" x 12". So if i hang this directly over the frag tank I would think I would get enough light into the fuge to grow chaeto, right?

Depends on how high you hang the fixture. they don't spread alot beyond the dimensions of the fixture due to lack of reflectors.
