Will this work for my 180?

I want an outer orbit 3x150 watt 10k metal halide w/8x39 watt t5 actinics...will this work for clams and sps on a 180? I was thinking of a 125 which is only 22" deep...but a 180 is 24"....is that gonna give me enough penetration in a 180 for hard corals?

I would think you need 250w mh for 24 deep and SPS IMO.

IMO u can use 150's if the sps are directly under the mh and in the upper half of the tank, 250's would be much more accomodating for placement.
