On some live rock I purchased from someone I discovered a tiny hammer coral (dunno for sure what it is). Anyway... It's not looking good but only been in my tank for 18 hrs. I didn't know this coral was on the rock and didn't realize it until I took the rock outta the bucket and seen the frag laying on the bottom of the pail.
Anyway... After how long of being added to the tank will I know whether it's gonna make it or not? The torch coral that was on the same rock seemed to perk up after a couple hours and now... 18 hrs later looks PERFECT! But this hammer (or whatever it is) doesn't seem to be getting any better... or worse... for all I know the large rock it fell off of may have even squished it a bit.
