Wiring Ballast

A friend of mine gave me a couple ballast to replace in my pc light the only problem is that there is no diagram on the ballast, have the wires for the lights figured out the only other problem is both power wires are red what would be the correct wiring for this ? if its any help the ballast are white Thanks

The power wires to plug into an outlet? It doesnt matter either way will be fine. I guess there is not a third, ground wire?
