Dipped a piece of gsp and found these worms. I noticed one made it into the tank. Anyone know what these are and if they are dangerous?

They look like tiny bristles.

Do bristle worms kind of anchor themselves into tiny holes in live rock or frag plugs? I've noticed a few within my tank. I wish I could upload a photo but they are so skinny it would be difficult to capture.

Bristles pretty much go all over. They're not anchored to anything. Try googling "colonial hydroids" and see if that's what you've got.

Crap.they are digitate hydroids. For sure. How do I get rid of them? Probably explains why my zoanthids they are on are doingg terrible

Right - I used the wrong word, but I'm glad you found it anyway. I'm not sure how to get rid of them. Maybe someone else will know.

Did some research. Some people said there almost impossible to get rid of. Others say they eventually go away on there own. So I don't know what to do.
