I just turned on the lights at night for my nano and i started to see these!! any ideas?

Hard to tell from the long shot, but looks like a Stomatella snail to me.

I agree stomatella snail. harmless, and feed on micro algaes. does it look like a cross between a snail and a slug? if so its a stomatella.
